Who am I

I'm Claire, an official and shameless Cat Lady with a life long love of cats.

I live in Lancaster with my adorable ragdoll kitties. I have extensive experience of Persians too as I grew up with many of them.

You could say long haired cats are my jam, but that doesn't mean I don't love those short-haired babies too, there's nothing more fantastic than the humble, or not so humble, Moggy. Give me a witless ginger, a huge lazy Maine Coon, or a tiny midnight black ball of energy, and I'm equally in love.

I'm training with The Kat Lady who is based in Liverpool and undertook a rigorous schedule of both academic information learning, and hands on training. Katie's up there with the best in the cat welfare and wellness industry and is a joy to learn from. Her knowledge and training has allowed me to work with a large cross section of the feline population to increase my experience. 

I'm cat First Aid trained and have extensive experience of cat handling with out using external restraints. I don't muzzle cats, I only resort to a collar if needed for safety reasons and only in certain situations. In general, I only use my hands and a towel.

I have not and do not ever groom dogs. It's not what I trained to do, I only and exclusively work with cats.
