I offer a range of cat grooming services.

Prices below are indicicative but not complete. Cats can be difficult to groom. Prices depend on the current condition of your cat, how hard it is, and how long it takes. Therefore it can be difficult to give a full cost before we meet and I check your cat over in person.

Sanitary Trim

A close trim of a long haired cats trousers and bottom area to make toilet time easier and cleaner for everyone.

Stomach Trim

Cats don't overheat in the same way as us humans. They use their fur to regulate heat, so I don't remove coats for "vanity" reasons. However, in the warmer months a trim of the stomach can help some long haired cats. It can also help in the prevention of knots and matting.

Full Groom

Claw clip, thorough comb through with small matt removal (may involve spot clipping), dry bath/conditioning, sanitary trim, ear and eye cleaning.

Price varies depending on what exactly needs doing, as well as the size and condition of your cat.

Matt/pelt removal

If your cat has become matted or pelted, a full coat removal may be necessary. If this is the case, and I deem it ok and safe for me to do it, a Lion Cut charge will be applicable with an extra charge for the expertise, time, and care needed to remove the matted fur.

Please note:

I do not offer this as a once a year repeat appointment. If you allow your cat to become very matted or pelted more than once, you will need to find a vet to help you.

Alternatively, allow me to groom your cat a bit more regularly to stop this from happening at all and keep your cat happy and healthy.

Cat Bath - Wet

I do not bathe cats unless absolutley necessary.

Whilst they can be tolerant of the water, many are scared by the dryer.

If it's necessary, the cat will need to pass a dryer test (short exposure to the noise and air draft to see how they react) first. If they don't like it, you will have to contact your vet for advice and help.

55p per mile from my Lancaster address to yours, plus return journey. With a minimum charge of £5
